A painter and printmaker working primarily, though not exclusively in the landscape - working plein air initially, usually in oils and then later on larger canvasses or in other media on paper in the studio.
Having grown up by the sea in Cornwall, the north of Scotland, Malta and Gibraltar I have a deep love of the coast in all seasons and moods with its ever changing light and colour.
I tend to work in series and ongoing series involve the coast, local waterways and flowers in close up.
