I am a maker available for the design and installation of interior or exterior mosaics in public, commercial or domestic settings. My mosaics change ordinary materials and found objects into unique and distinctive works of art. I am able to make mosaic art for a range of settings and specifications from large scale exterior wall panels to photo frames. I use a range of media in my mosaics but in order to uphold my values for protecting the environment and recycling, where possible I like to use reclaimed materials, whether it's broken tiles donated by tile retailers, china bought from junk shops or shards of pottery found digging in the garden. This adds a wealth of interest and intrigue to each work creating something original and characteristic from the old, broken and discarded.
