I am a fine artist and use whichever medium best communicates my ideas. Recently I have re-commenced developing my own arts practice through use of photography (digital & film based) to enquire and explore the notion of 'portraiture' including art/architecture, landscapes, self portraits, portraits of family members and friends – these portraits range from non-figurative to representational imagery, or use of symbolic objects e.g a item of clothing or food, that have personal meaning, through to capturing the found - trace of human spirit in urban and landscape contexts.
I am interested in commissioned work as I
have many years experience as an arts specialist in visual art and ‘site specific ‘public art, in diverse contexts and locations work that is created in response to or a given situation, time or location.
My personal work can be purchased from £75 upwards. I recently sold a framed photograph (A3) at the City Gallery Open22 for £150.
