I have been a professional artist for 13 years exhibiting in the UK, Europe and the United States.
I work from rapid sketchbook studies of my subject and translate them onto the canvas in the studio with a heightened sense of atmosphere, movement and lighting. I am also a professional dancer and inform my paintings with my understanding of body mechanics and motion.
I have worked on projects at the London Palladium with the actress and comedienne Josie Lawrence, in the Royal Albert Hall, with the Royal Philharmonic Choir and at Sadlers Wells Theatre, London. I am currently working on a project within the Palace of Westminster, capturing the Pugin interiors, the people and the seldom seen side of the House of Lords.
I am happy to undertake commissions and my prices range from £600 to £4000.
